A special women’s Self-Defence 6-week course is available. Limited spaces. Wing Chun is a simple yet powerful defense system which also allows participants to improve their fitness, self-discipline and confidence.

The programs teach children the fundamentals of the Wing Chun System in a fun and positive environment. Along with learning key combat techniques, children also develop confidence, focus, self-discipline, teamwork, coordination, and respect.

6 Week Self Defence Course. (6 weeks x 1 hours lesson per week.)
A 6 week course teaching the core fundamentals in self defence.

Children's Martial Arts Classes
Childrens Classes: 3-6 yrs and 7-13 yrs.
